At Passion and Purpose Retreats, my goal is to inspire you to uncover your true passions and find purpose in each golden moment of life. Whether you want to take time to reflect on your personal journey, create space in your busy life, explore your creativity through painting or journaling, or simply absorb the rich local culture of Kokronite, my home is open to you for rest and rejuvenation.
With space for just 8 guests, you'll have the chance to slow down, retreat, and truly reconnect with yourself. Let’s celebrate life’s beauty together—join me on this exciting adventure!

My Story
As I step into this golden phase of life, I find joy in reflecting on the incredible journey that has shaped me into the person I am today. I am Helen Tucker, a woman fueled by passion and purpose, dedicated to making a meaningful impact in education, community engagement, and women's empowerment.
In a world that often rushes us along, it's easy to get swept up in the busyness of life, leaving little time to reflect and recharge. That's where Helen’s Passion and Purpose Retreats come in—a space to slow down, truly relax, and rediscover your passion.

Having received the esteemed GCC "Woman of Wonder (WOW) I Conquer" 2020 Dubai Award, I am honored to be recognized for my unwavering commitment to advancing women's development, even amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. The magical moment when I received this award at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, in December 2020, remains etched in my heart.

As the Director of Women Talk CIC (UK) and the Founder of Passion and Purpose Retreats, my journey has been marked by numerous accolades, including the 2014 UK Bedfordshire and Luton Community Champion Award and the 2017 runner-up for the UK Luton's Best Community Achievement Award. In 2020, Women Talk achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the IPO Certificate, solidifying the protection of the Women Talk™ brand.
Through all these accomplishments, I’ve learned one truth: "Learning to believe in yourself gives inner strength to achieve the impossible." This mission drives me in every role I take on, whether as a Senior Consultant, Trainer, Lecturer, or facilitator of life-changing retreats.
